Walberswick, Suffolk
I recently spent a couple of weeks on family vacation down on the leafy Suffolk coast in a lovely little town called Walberswick just near Southwold. I went armed with a slightly trimmed down gear bag with the intention of doing some serious landscape work. However what with one thing and another I didn't get out half as much as I had hoped. These two images were shot just after dawn on separate days. The first is a view of the water tower near Southwold from the footbridge over the River Blyth, and the second is a 3 frame HDR of a holiday home right next to the mouth of the Blyth where it meets the North Sea on the Walberswick side. Both shot with the D300 on a tripod and a little post & crop in Lightroom.
